DELIVERY
As a small business committed to ethical and sustainable practices, we produce our high-quality collections in small numbers to avoid waste. By running a pre order system we can better understand which pieces are the most popular and better estimate future production runs as we grow our company. Just process your order through our online store as normal and when the pieces are available in Spring 2025 we will ship them directly to you using a Standard Shipping service. We will keep in touch throughout the process and appreciate your patience.
EUROPEAN UNION AND DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
If goods are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Goods received internationally may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Unfortunately we cannot control any taxes and customs duties applicable and you will be responsible for payment of any such charges. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Note also that transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
International shipping rates are not inclusive of customs or duties, for which you are responsible.
RETURNS
We hope you love our pieces but if you are not happy we aim to make things right. We accept returns within 28 days of receipt of your goods.To be eligible for a return your item must be in perfect like-new condition, unused, with all the original packaging and with the protective film still attached to the hardware. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are used (including but not limited to being scratched, worn, or without their original packaging). You will also need proof of purchase.
Please contact us and we will guide you through the returns process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will then need to process your replacement order separately.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom products, sale items, sample sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. If there is a fault with your item please contact us within 14 days of receipt. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us before confirming your order.
