By running a preorder system we can better understand which pieces are the most popular and better estimate future production runs as we grow our company. We appreciate your patience waiting for your order, and thank you for supporting our small business.
Thank you for supporting our new brand. Just process your order through our online store as normal and when the pieces are available in Spring we will ship them to you. We will keep in touch throughout the process and appreciate your patience.
Our preorder collection will ship in Spring 2025 and we will stay in touch throughout the process. Once your order is ready we will ship it directly to you using a Standard Shipping service. We aim to be dispatching orders ahead of Easter.
Product Care
Technical Vegan Leather & Vegan Bio-Leather
To keep your bag in good condition avoid direct contact with perfume, creams, make-up and other dirt. Note that contact with certain materials such as denim can result in dye transfer which may permanently discolour the material, especially pale colours.
Wipe up spills as soon as they occur with a soft, white cloth, using a mild detergent and water. Do not saturate the material, use a soft cloth to remove any residue, then air dry. Note this is a guide only, so please use any detergents as instructed or contact us for more help.
Microsuede lining
When removing dust and debris use a soft, clean cloth or vacuum cleaner. Avoid rubbing too vigorously or using high-temperature steam appliances.
Spot clean with a soft, white cloth, using a mild detergent and small amount of water. Make a circular movement over the stain from the outside towards the inside to avoid stain expansion. Do not saturate the material or put detergents directly onto the material. Air dry.

Organic Cotton lining
When removing dust and debris use a lint roller or vacuum cleaner, avoiding rubbing too vigorously.

Hardware
Avoid contact with chemicals and oils such as perfume, creams and hand sanitiser which may discolour or damage the metal.
If the metal is in contact with such chemicals, gently wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth made from cotton or microfibre. Remove any residue and air dry.
Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces which may scratch the hardware.
When not in use, please store your bag the dust bag provided, in an upright position. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Ensure that straps are removed and kept inside, so they do not press against the outside of the material, which may result in damage.
Delivery and Returns
Refunds are permitted within 28 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return your item must be in perfect like-new condition, unused, with all the original packaging and with the protective film still attached to the hardware. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are used (including but not limited to being scratched, worn, or without their original packaging). You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will then need to process your replacement order separately.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, but please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. Note that shipping costs (including customs and duties) cannot be refunded.

Cutsomer service
Your product has a 12 month guarantee and within this time, any repairs needed will be carried out free of charge. After this, we offer repairs on a case by case basis.
Please note that this does not include normal wear and tear, or staining caused by improper use or storage of your bag.
